Appointments:
I prefer to offer online appointments , but under special circumstances I can arrange a face to face appointment or a home visit.
If you are an overseas client, please be conscious the appointment time is set in South African time and the onus is on you to check what this means locally for you.
Please get in touch with the details of your request and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Payment and Costs:
Initial Consultation – 60 – 90min, R1200.00 – R1500.00 .
Follow up consultations are charged per 30-45minutes @ R700.00
You will receive an invoice via email. Please pay as soon as possible. We will email a receipted invoice to you after the appointment for medical aid submission. If you need to make special arrangements for payment please contact us prior to your appointment.
Medical Aids:
Invoices are prepared to comply with medical aid guidelines, but our contract is with the client.
It is the responsibility of the client to submit their own accounts for reimbursement.
Most medical aids have an allowance for dietetic care, please contact your medical aid to discover what their level of cover extends to.
Cancellation Policy: Please give us a call as soon as possible if you would like to change your appointment. Should you need to cancel we require 24 hours’ notice please otherwise a cost with incur.
